Normally when artwork is made, the artist wants their art to transcend for years to come.
Although accidents can always happen in transportation, when chalk is used in artwork you can blame anything from age, to your small dog rubbing up against it for its damage. So it's a bit surprising to find that there are artists who painstakingly make art that couldn't possibly last forever.
