An Ohio woman who was accused of attacking a police officer with a dildo says she was just trying to protect herself.
Carolee Bildsten, a 57-year-old women who had been accused of skipping out on check at a local restaurant, said a cop drove her home to get money that fateful day.
She went into her bedroom to get the cash... but was startled when the officer suddenly appeared in the room.
"I don't know, it was just this male police officer and me in the apartment, and he startled me," she told TribLocal.
Since she had just read about a police officer convicted in a sex attack, she grabbed the only thing nearby -- her dildo -- and raised it "in a defensive move."
That's when the officer, um, disarmed her... and arrested her.
Bildsten, who plans to plead not guilty, called the whole thing humiliating... probably because it landed her a spot in the Weird Crime Mug Shot Hall of Shame.
